These are the caravan moving systems with a FIVE YEAR NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, something that other Caravan Moving Companies would like to be able to match. You are advised to be wary of false promises: whilst others may offer a five-year guarantee, can they match the incredible service given by Powrtouch to its customers over the last 15 years?
NB. Our guarantee covers reasonable use of the mover; it does NOT cover damage caused by misuse. The guarantee cannot cover any malfunction caused by the fitting of the mover if the fitting has been done on a DIY basis or purchased from/fitted by a non-approved dealer or agent. Any unauthorised modifications, use of non-original Powrtouch spare parts or failure to respect the installation or operating instructions will render this guarantee null and void. Powrtouch reserve the right to make a call out and/or repair charge for any work required to be undertaken to rectify faults that are outside of the company’s control, e.g. caravan battery failure, incorrect or poor fitting, misuse, accidental damage etc.

Step 1 – Identify your Mover
What happens when you have (or think you have) a problem with a Powrtouch Mover?
- Check the Powrtouch system using the Fault Finding Checks Section the whereabouts of this section is as Listed in Index Section of your handbook. If the problem is not solved then locate (on the front cover of your handbook) the serial number of your Powrtouch i.e. PWRT/?/?????, for the Original Powrtouch Movers or EVO/?/????? for the range of Powrtouch Evolution Movers, as this identification number will be needed to aid with fault diagnosis and identify any replacement parts if required;
- Phone the Powrtouch Technical Department (01283 587900) where one of our fully qualified and trained technical staff will diagnose the fault from the information given to them by you. Please be aware that we use technical staff fully product conversant and not just a call centre with staff using diagnostic flow charts to try to solve the problem. This means that 99% of faults are correctly diagnosed.
- When the fault has been diagnosed the Technician will, if necessary, arrange for replacement parts to be despatched. Also If required he will also arrange for a fitter that covers the area where you live to contact you to make an appointment and carry out the repair. We currently have in excess of 90 fitters covering the whole of mainland UK and Ireland and even if you are on holiday we can still arrange for a repair to be carried out before you return home (providing time allows). If you are on holiday in Europe we can still help you although the coverage of fitters is not as prolific as in the UK.
- All breakdowns and repairs are monitored by the Technical Department and your problem, with its solution, is recorded and stored on our product database. This database then allows our Quality Department to look for any Quality or Manufacturing issues and/or our Design Department to locate any reoccurring faults that can be put into the Product Continuous Improvement Programme.
