Replacing the Roller – Evolution (All Models)

A guide to replacing the rollers on the Evolution range.

1) Remove 1 off M6 Cap Head screw (pictured below) by turning anticlockwise using a 5mm hex key.
2) Remove 2 off M4 Countersunk screws (pictured below) by turning anticlockwise using a 2.5mm hex key.

3) Remove the roller end cap.

4) Remove the roller by pulling outwards.

5) We advise that a light coat of grease is applied to the hexagonal motor output shaft before fitting the new roller. To fit the new roller, simply push it into position.

6) Replace the roller end cap.

N.B It is advisable to use a general purpose threadlock on all screws when assembling.
7) Locate the 1 off M6 Cap Head screw (pictured below) by turning clockwise using a 5mm hex key.
8) Locate the 2 off M4 Countersunk screws (pictured below) by turning clockwise using a 2.5mm hex key.
